Nausea. Nausea. Nausea!

According to my app, I'm only at 2 1/2 weeks if pregnant. I have had a light headache, gas, and major steady nausea throughout the day. Those with experience, is this symptomatic of pregnancy or is it probably to early for this to be pregnancy related?
