That looks like what I had it's probably you wall lining its normal but just incase I'm wrong and it's soming like your Utarus being spread to different parts of you body I would see a doctor cuz I would not mess with you health for your baby rainbows sake hope everything goes ok but I have had that before but when I was on a full blown period but only once so if your getting it more often I would see do doctor for defo or go to your nearest hospital
