Napping revelation!

Michelle
I have an almost 5 month old and we had a rough week with just catnaps. I was so frustrated! So last week, I carefully watched for nap signs. We would nurse (I nurse her to sleep almost always), then I would put her on her tummy (no judgement but she naps better that way). She'd sleep for about 15 to 30 and then I'd hear her start crying. I was about ro take a shower, so I left her crying (I have a video monitor...she's safe) and she fell back asleep! Now I know during her nap she'll stir and go back to sleep several times. And now she'll sleep for a couple hours in the day!!!!!!!!
