Not sure if miscarried or not!

Okay so this morning I woke up and had some bleeding which was like a dark red/pink (I'm currently 5weeks1day) the bleeding has completely stopped, still having sore boobs and urinating frequently. I'm booked in for a scan in the morning to see what's going on. But I've just wiped and I've had a brown/black stringy thing! It's probably tmi!! But I would be really greatful for some opinions as I'm very worried xxxxx
