Hi! Recently just found out my husband has 38% motility but great count.. Doctor told us to try for another year unless we want to speed things up and try treatments, so we are doing the tricks she gave us to help the sperm along.. My question is if he has great count do should we wait every other day or have sex every day during my fertile window? I saw the best thing for motility is to have sex regularly to clear the bad ones out and have the fresh good swimmers in front.. Hep please! Thank you
