Pediatrician interview?

Question

So I called a pediatrician today and they asked if I wanted to interview/ meet with the Doctor. I of course said yes, but I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to ask them! FTM here! Please help!

If they do tours they will have a list of things they go over which includes their policies, same day sick visits, coverage after hours, vaccination schedule,  breastfeeding, philosophy on medications. Ask ped if they have a special interest (mine is asthma) or specialty, urgent care they affiliate with.

One of my friends gave me the advice that you aren't only interviewing the doctor, but their staff & office as well.  Pay attention to the way you are treated when you schedule, how they treat you when you arrive, the office itself (cleanliness, etc), their call-in philosophy for questions (new parents have a lot of questions), office hours, if they will see your newborn in the hospital, etc...
