Horrible lower back pain.

Ok April mommas, so I EBF and my LO will be 5 months on the 19th of September. I have yet to get a period since having him, and I am on birth control. Today I am having horrible lower back pain and I was wondering, for those of you mommas who had had a pp period did you experience lower back pain before the period? I used to get back pain before a period, but nothing like this.
