Is anyone else experiencing leaking nipples?

Randomly since the first trimester I would feel something damp on my boobs but I never really checked it out, thinking I was just being stupid. Finally, this morning at 20 weeks I felt a big wet glob on my hand and I looked down and both my boobs are for sure leaking now. I even went to wipe it off and when I squeezed by the nipple more came out. I'm gonna start putting pads in my bra now so nothing happens at work. This is my first pregnancy, anyone else dealing with really early leaking?
