Can The Pill Regulate My Flow...?

So I've been having weird cycles for about a few months now. 
They range from 32 days to 41days and last from 8-11days ,which seems to be making it hard for us to conceive. I've been thinking about going on the pill to correct this. I've been doing some research and read that the pill is a better choice.. Is it really? Has anyone else had this problem and used the pill to correct it? And how long did it take you to get pregnant after coming off the pill...

P.S I used to have regular 28day cycle with a 5 day long period.

I was on the pill to regulate my periods. It did regulate it, down to the hour. I went off of the pill in September and my periods are a little less regular now. It has been days/a week late but I'm still having it every month.

Yes. I used the ring which is similar to the pill and regulated my periods. Talk to your Dr and see what they say about it.

I've heard that the pill will regulate your cycle but when you come off of it it goes right back to being irregular
