Now apps say take ovulation test?

One of my apps say to take ovulation test. I'm on cd 40, usually they are 32-35 days. No AF. Last period was march 12-19. I have take internet Cheapos, and I saw negatives, but then realized I was reading them wrong. Two test have the faintest lines I have ever seen, will not pick up on camera. I've taken three. They were the last two test I have taken. I mean they are oober faint. Unless I'm imagining things again lol. I feel very nauseas so tired. Bloated. Very moody. Crying randomly. Frequent utination, heartburn. Eating constantly then some days I don't want to eat. Going to try to wait a couple more days to test again. So I truly don't understand why I would have to take ovulation test??
