laughing so hard I cry

Anyone else find something remotely funny and then all of a sudden your laughing so hard tears are rolling down your face. You start sobbing out loud then you can't figure out if your laughing or crying. I think I may be going crazy. My husband certainly thinks so lol 😂  its so embarrassing but its funny after the fact. I guess if the hormones are going to effect me this is better then making me a grump.
