Baby kicking?

Hi all - I'll be 24 weeks tomorrow and I have a low lying placenta.  The midwife said because of this, it will take a bit longer for me to feel the baby kicking and moving etc.  I think I have felt the baby today whilst sitting down. The only way I can describe it is like a twitch in my stomach!! Ive already had the flutters but this is much more intense. I've felt it a few times previously and thought it was a muscle spasm but now I'm feeling it more regularly, as in 3 times a day...I really hope this is the baby! Would you say this is what it feels like? It's baby number 1 so I don't know!
