is it just me or what can I say to MIL

Well I took my mother in law to my appointment and it's a boy . She is not too happy since she wanted a girl . But I am fine with it it's our first . So far she has been telling me about her husband dreaming about the baby . I am like I haven't dreamed about it and they keep saying it to me as if it's their baby is it just me that it bothers . I don't know what to say . Its not a rant is just like I feel like this baby is there's and not mine
