Am I a bad friend

Today my friend is having a birthday dinner and invited my husband and I. She wants to go to Buffalo Wild wings and my husband and I can't afford that. We had bills to pay this week, had to buy fall clothes for our daughter for school, and we have a baby to prepare for and now she's making me feel crap because we don't have money to go out. Does it make me a bad friend for not having money to go.
