My boyfriend and I haven't seen each other in 4 days and now he came over but he's been playing his ps4 that I bought him for like four hours straight. He asked my permission before playing it because we were about to start a netflix marathon but I didn't think he'd be playing it this long. It's like he doesn't even acknowledge my existence

Personally, I would be a little upset but it wouldn't stop me from enjoying him being there. It's just something he likes doing, I doubt that he knows you feel this way. I bet if he did, he would stop. You should talk to him. But don't make it like you don't want him to play at all because if it's something he likes doing, let him

Maybe suggest playing it with him? If youse have a 2 player game or ask to have a go and him teach you the game, my SO plays his after work but when I want his attention i'll ask to play in with him i'm not one for video games i actually really hate them but its what he likes doing and he does most things i like doing that he doesnt like. We normally play gta 5 and go turn for turn when one dies in the game
