What are a few reasons you've had to have a c-section?

So many people saw oh I had to have a c-section....and never really get into it. Why might you have to have one?

My son was breeched, he turned on the day he was born but he was head down before that. He was too big to try to turn so they had to do a csection. I had a vbac after though for my second

My c-section was due to my cervix giving out at 30 weeks, which turned into preterm labor. Being a preemie and footling breech, the OB on call said there was no way she would allow a vaginal birth.
