how to keep baby warm at night?

She has a sleeper that covers her feet and hands. She is 3 weeks. It's 70-73 in my apartment (pretty sure it drops a little during the night) I was swaddling her but she rolls over. I don't want to use any over loose blankets - she kicks around and it will end up at her head. I have q sleep sack but she doesn't fit in it yet! How to keep her warm??

The sleeper is probably all she needs. My baby slept fine naked/diaper only underneath a Halo zip up sleep sack from 3 weeks old bc he hated to be swaddled.

She shouldn't have any problems fitting into a sleep sack. There are cotton a fleece ones, and the option for arms in or out.

First of all, don't go too crazy with it. You don't want your baby overheating any more than you want them cold.

But, if you really feel your baby needs more to stay warm, they sell sleepers made from fleece... Much warmer than the cotton ones. Halo also makes sleep sack swaddlers for newborns that can be used with the arms in or out. So if your baby is like my daughter was and hates being confined, it works for them. It still wraps around their midsection, but their arms and legs are still free to kick and flail about if that's what makes them happy.
