heartburn remedies?

Any tips or tricks that have worked for you? I finally got past morning sickness, but this heartburn is almost as miserable!

I've had to try tums 3-4 at a time along with a gas-x meltable strip that's minty and it helps only a little. I had heartburn a lot in my 20th week, not so much in my 21-22nd week. Hang in there! Try to eat smaller portions when eating perhaps that'll help.

Try Papaya enzymes! Whole Foods/health food stores will carry them with their supplements

Try liquid aloe. It helps if you need to use the restroom if not just be careful it creeps up on you 🙈

Tums. I just pop one when it gets bad enough so I don't take too many. And sometimes a small glass of milk will help but don't drink too much or else the lactic acid in it can actually make the heartburn come right back. And if it's bad enough, you need to try to avoid the acidic/ spicy/ heartburn inducing foods which sucks because they're the best foods. You can find lists online and in pregnancy books of foods that trigger heartburn.
