Time zone changes messing with cycle??

I just crossed on Thursday over a few time zones, 9 to be exact, and I'm a little jet lagged. I went from the West Coast to Stockholm. I have read that travel like this can make you miss a period but I think the opposite is happening. I think it's coming early or something is messed up anyways. Yesterday I started spotting and it has continued today. Period isn't due until Thursday and I am 100% sure of that. My luteal phase is 15 days like clockwork. After a year of TTC I know my cycle really well. Has anyone had travel bring their period sooner or caused untimely spotting?
