As long as your temp is above the coverline for 15 days, you're probably pregnant. When it drops, expect AF. Implantation dips can only be confirmed after you get a BFP. I had a few months with dips I thought we implantation but I had no dip on the month I got my BFP.

I didn't get pos pregnancy test with my daughter till 14 dpo. So there is home.
