How much of your registry did you actually get?

First off, let me start by saying I will be totally grateful for anything gift I get at my baby shower. However I do kind of want to get a general idea of what I might need to save to get the things off my registry that no one gets. Our baby shower will probably have around 45-50 people, and I have probably 60-70 things on my registry, most under $50 and a handful over $200 (stroller, car seat, crib, etc.) How many things did you get off your registry and how much did you end up spending after the baby shower? Did you get mostly smaller things or did you get all your higher ends as gifts? Just trying to get an idea! Thanks ladies!
