what could be happening ????

I'm 21 weeks and 1 day . . Maybe since like 2 weeks ago I started to have like a sore pain in my pelvis area under my belly  , I can't really explain how it is . And when I walk it hurts and when I get up and sit down . Should I go to the hospital? I don't have my next appointment till the 23 of this month .
