Mother in law at it again😳

My partner's mum drives me insane, I have a 10 week old son and i always tell her when we are visiting as she smokes in the house and i will not allow this when my son's going round, and she still smokes in the house😳 i am no longer going round to visit due to this, and said she's welcome to come to us. She has not been up once to visit her grandson,and now messaging my partner saying she feels left out with my son, how is this my fault, she can visit me. Why should  it be me making all the effort when she can't wven do one simple thing like not smoke in the house😳 surely i'm not being unreasonable, she's welcome to visit me.
