pregnant q

So I got news that I need to get my wisdom teeth taken out I've been having pain and so far I don't have an infection . But the thing is I might get pregnant. I had unproved sex my so and I have been trying and now I'm worried they can't do the surgery and I'll get an infection or the surgery will affect the pregnancy if I end up pregnant.
