My milk supply is so low

I need help getting my milk back up. I used to be able to get 5 ounces per breast now I can barely get an ounce on each. I'm so worried about my baby getting enough. I really don't want to supplement. And it's hard for me to breast feed due to nipple cracking and being in a lot of pain. I need a remedy ASAP please help and give me some ideas I can start trying right now!
