2 month shots today

My little man turned 2 months old this past Saturday and today he went in for his 2month check up and shots. He's doing great he's 12lbs 4.8oz 24in long he's above average for his age he's rolling over sitting up with support and has great head control. Our only issue is the spitting up after every feeding we have to go for an ultrasound to rule out pyloric stenosis if he's got it he'll need surgery but if he doesn't have this she suspects reluctant. He handled the shots ok cried but fell asleep. Now a few hours later he's got a fever and crying bloody murder I feel so bad.
