Anyone else have a sibling with a severe eating disorder?

I feel like I am the only one. People don't seem to understand what it's like. They might know someone who has anorexia or bulimia but the cases are never as severe in my opinion. My sister is constantly on the brink of death and her method of coping with stress is to vomit more. My whole life is a stressful situation and I just want to talk to someone who gets it. If you don't have a clue, don't bother trying to understand because you can't know what this hell is like.
