Just getting started

I am just getting started trying to get pregnant with my husband I have known about PCOS for only 4 years I was told that I had it for years ago but looking at my symptoms I have had it since I was 15 but was never diagnosed until now I am now 25 went to the doctor last month in she got me started on medication to regulate my period I believe I'm just at the beginning of the process can someone let me in on what I have to look forward to I have no idea how strong PCOS is looking for a little help and advice
