Baby Congested

So, I know that it is normal for babies to make weird noises when they breathe that sound like congestion, but I can tell this is actual congestion. When she sleeps at night she's snoring fairly loud for a 5 week old and it's pretty consistent. When I used the bulb on her, it pulled out clear wet mucus. But my main concern.. since this morning she's been gagging while lying down and then it is followed by a cough and a little gasp. Should I be concerned?? She doesn't have a fever and doesn't seem to be bothered. Seems like it came out of nowhere. We had a wellness appt yesterday morning and she was totally fine.
