infection/contractions

I'm about 26 weeks now. About two weeks ago I was having some signs of a UTI so my doctor had me come in and it turns out I was having contractions about 4 minutes apart. They also said I had bacterial vaginisnos and that's what was causing my contractions. No dilation and I was closed.3  days later they got a little intense so they had me come back in. My contractions were 3 minutes apart but I was still closed they said it was still because of my infection. My cervix measured 2.9cm.  I've been having contractions ever since. The past two nights I've been having watery loose poo. I fear it's my body getting ready for labor.
