What do you think?

Okay, so my period is 5 days late. The day before my period was due I took a cheap test that was negative. I have some serious acne which I never get, a massive headache that won't get away, dull cramping for days, nauseated for 3 days, extremely tired, had brown spotting one time this morning and nothing more, watery discharge. Based on this little bit of info, would you say that it's likely that I'm pregnant or more likely that I'll be getting my period late?
