Positive Pregnancy Test after blighted ovum!

So I found out I was pregnant December 2015 and ended up miscarrying because of a blighted ovum February 2016. My boobs were swollen and sensitive but I figured it was because my period was on the way but i decided to take a pregnancy test last week for the heck of it and it came back negative .. So I said all well.... I'm 2 days late today and decided to take my last pregnancy test and it came back positive !!!!! What a shock!! I am so excited yet nervous at the same time. I really hope this pregnancy is a healthy long term pregnancy !! I don't know how often woman get blighted ovum.. I'm 27..and according to the app I'll be due May 2017. I'm going to call to make an apt with the OBGYN tomorrow ! Anyone else have positive stories ???
