Circumvellata placenta

I was diagnosed with circumvellata placenta yesterday at 24 weeks. My doctor expressed very little concern and didn't talk much about this yesterday at my appt. My doctor is very on top of things and is a great doctor whom I trust. THEN I googled this condition and I'm horrified. Anyone else diagnosed with this? From what I'm reading it sounds like nothing good can come from this and I lost my first child to trisomy 18 and I don't think I can go through the loss of a second child.
