Me and my SO decided to start TTC, we had sex on Sunday and then every day since then. Today (Thursday) I woke up with extremely sore nipples and breast. Is this even possible to feel symptoms this early or am I just psyching myself out because I'm too excited to conceive? Has anyone else immediately felt symptoms after conception?
