WHATS WRONG W ME.

so, my fiance just left me. & we where extremly sexually active. like sometimes it would be 8-10 times a day. two months ago i missed my period, but got it again the next month. but this month, it hasnt came yet & im having diarrhea.. alot lol. did i have a miscarriage, or am i pregnate. idk whats going on. i gained some weight last month, i was 201 pounds, but now im 194. someone please comment.
