Am I seeing things

I have taken three test now first one on 9dpo  and second 11dpo today. Both came out negative they were the dollar store brand and I used FMU my husband called me and said that I need to find out soon because open enrollment is almost up and he is hopping for new insurance? bleh! So I decide to get an early test and now I can't believe my eyes am I seeing this I just don't believe it after this mornings BFN
