First pregnancy !!!

Hello this is my first pregnancy and I'm just as clueless as ever... I am 11 weeks and I am experiencing mild to moderate headaches and I don't know what I can do or take to help. It keeps me up even when I'm very tired.... Idk... Help ? Please?
