Needing help and advice

I had a question last night i was laying down and started having a bad headache like mindgrains and so with pain i feel asleep anf in the middle of 1hour of sleep i wake up with pain jn my stomach thinking i had to pee so i went and i did but suddenly the pain got worst like cramping sort of what could it be ?I'm 36weeks and 1 day pregnant . could it be contractions and labor I never felt this with my other pregnancies I need help
