So today I was going through my storage room and picked up a bin full of clothes and pushed it to the side but when I went to go pick it up again to put it back on top of other bins I got this sharp pain below the belt . I haven't really been able to move a lot because every time I do the pain gets worse . I'm almost 5 months pregnant and I don't want anything bad happening . I don't know what to do
