When is the safest time to have sex?

I don't want to get pregnant but, I don't take any pills or contraception so I'd like to know when is the safest time to do so. Is it safe to have sex when you just had your period? or when your period is gone? or before your have your period? Or what part of the cycle as what I can see on eve is safe for having sex. Someone please educate me. I'd gladly appreciate it.

When you're ovulating is when you're most likely to get pregnant, and on your period is when you are least likely. But while certain days have higher and lower chances than others, getting pregnant is still always possible and therefore using protection is so so important

Anytime you have sex there's a chance of getting pregnant, condom and birth control arnt even 100%! Make sure you ready to take responsibility for sex if something happenes!! There is a way to do this.. It's called the natural method. But it is very very important that you research it fully because like a lot of people have said, it's hard to pinpoint your exact ovulation dates and how long sperm can live in you. If you are open to using condoms, I would recommend that. At least try the pullout method if you don't use anything at all. You're rolling the dice every single time if you don't.

You really need to track your cycle to see if you have a pattern. Some women ovulate right after their period and sperm can live inside you for 5 days, so if you have sex 5 days or less before you ovulate you could get pregnant. And your cycle each month can change so there is always a risk. If you really don't want a baby seriously consider at least condoms.
