Husband Help

I'm a SAHM to my 3 month old daughter and my husband works from about 6 am to about 5pm. Lately he complains that he has her so much and that he never gets a break... I have her the entire time he's gone and by the time he gets home I just want a small break and then I take her back. It just feels dumb to me that he's complaining about having her so much when he really doesn't. If he has her for a couple hours then he acts like he's worked so hard and I can't help but resent him for getting to go to work and sit behind a desk. His job is very laid back and I see that he is on fb all the time while he's at work... But if I say this he gets offended. How do you ladies split up the childcare with your husbands?
