Bad test?

Question

Is this normal? I tested yesterday at 13 dpo and the control line didn't even fill all the way. I know I peed on it long enough  (sorry tmi). Do you think this was a faulty test?

I know if you pee on it instead of dip someone's pee gets on the little and speaks through basically ruining the test. Happened to be a lot till I started just dipping.
