could I be?

I've been feeling super weird lately. The last few days I've had insanely painful gas and it's been making my stomach hurt so much and for a week I've had a lot of creamy discharge and random small waves of nausea. My period isn't due till the end of the month and if I am pregnant id be like maybe 2 weeks. What do you think?
