So my baby stopped growing at 7w4d. And my doctor gave me the pill to let it pass but the day i picked up thd pill from the pharmacy i started spotting. So i have not taken the pills vaginalky yet as i have been spotting like im on my period. But today i passed couple clots snd i have some mild cramps. How big is the sac if the baby measued 7w4d?
