Prenatal vitamins

Soooo pregnancy brain is real at 37w. I usually take my prenatal at this time. I took a sip of my water and got distracted by a phone call and after I went to open my prenatal bottle and was confused couldn't remember if I took it or not. So I'm wondering if it's harmful in taking two in one day? I don't think I took it before that call so I took it after then realized I might have taken it already. 😐
