HELP WORST CRAMPS EVER

Okay so my bf is currently hogging all the covers sound asleep so I'm through on the couch doubled over in pain 🖕🏻😫😭 iv had the implant for nearly a year and before that had  one for 3 years with no real problems.. Have been bleeding more erratically with this one although most of the time it's next to nothing.. This pain is really going up my right side feel like I'm going to pop 😫 currently on the tail end of a minor bleed (3/4 days) anyone know what this pain could be 😭😭
