vagina discharge

I currently haven't got a period all of August and so far nothing into September, I'm also having discharge more then I ever have I usually and just clear wet but the other day was watery but milky today for a bit I had thicker milky and no nothing like a yeast no clumps nothing like that it was like lotion? Any suggestions or knowledge
