Needing help..

So two days ago, I took five pregnancy tests and a digital, and all came out positive. This is my second pregnancy and I'm 4 weeks and 4 days. My boobs haven't been sore at all. With my son, they were so sore and I had symptoms like crazy. I haven't had any symptoms except fatigue, some nausea, and bad acne. I read that barely any symptoms can be a sign of an ectopic pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced barely any symptoms and had a successful pregnancy? I'm very worried. Thank you 😊
