No sex in 4 months!

Ok so I normally don't post things like this but I don't really know what to do please no judgements! So I have had severe morning sickness like to the point where I can't even keep water down and I'm constantly weak I've lost 20lbs and I was already at a very healthy weight before now I'm underweight for a normal person not including one carrying a 4 month old fetus... Point is since basically conceiving this child my husband and I have only gotten busy once.. ONCE in 4 months! I personally can't right now I'm so sick but I just feel so bad for him he won't even handle his business because he feels bad and wants to really share it with me but I'm afraid it's not good for his health! Am I over thinking this or what should I do since I can't and have been advised by a dr that I should not have intercourse right now... I feel like a bad wife and I'm just concerned that this could have a negative impact on his health... Help please!
