A couple days ago i started vomiting up phelgm so i went on more antibiotics and one of the side effects of these antibiotics is nausea. I have to take these tablets for two weeks and i do not want to keep feeling sick for that long. How do i stop the nausea feeling as i have to work. I don't want to take time off work but i work with kids and they can be a lot and feeling like this isnt pleasent at all. 

Is there anything i can do/take to stop or calm the nausea??
